Many carpet cleaners charge based on a price per room. Companies will usually define rooms as having a maximum size. Rooms greater than this maximum are typically counted as 2 areas. Technicians IICRC certified: Just because the firm is certified, doesn't mean that the technician performing the work on your house has been certified as a Carpet Cleaning Technician. Certified technicians should be able to provide proof of certification to customers.
