Don't Believe Sales Agent's Lies
Don’t believe the lies of the sales agents if you live in Las Vegas. No police response until ADT guard confirms emergency…and it takes over an hour to respond. Customer service is horrible. After being on the phone for two hours and explaining what happened six times to six different people, i had one person apologize. Save your money. ADT offers no protection. Luckily my alarm was false or else I would be dead. Now I am stuck with paying $1100 to terminate a worthless service because I believed in their lies.
